How Pricing Works
We price everyone on a 24-month term. Then give you the freedom to leave whenever you want.
Most subscription models charge you a premium for flexibility and call it a feature. Provenance does something different — and more honest.
Every Provenance member is priced at the 24-month rate from day one.
Not because we expect you to stay 24 months.
Because you deserve the best price regardless of how long you stay. You will just pay the difference if and when you decide to turn the vehicle back earlier than 24 months
The Swap
Two years. Then yours to keep driving — or swap for a different one. No cost either way.
The typical car financing commitment runs six to seven years. A lease locks you in for three. Provenance is built around a two-year base term — already materially shorter than anything else in the market.
At the end of your two years, you are free. Keep the vehicle at the same monthly rate for as long as you want. Or swap it for something else in the fleet. No premium. No paperwork. No friction. Just a small transaction fee to cover the logistics of the swap — detailing, service check, and the brief downtime between members.

Most members will never pay a swap premium. The two-year term is genuinely short. Most members will arrive at month 24 and simply choose what comes next.
If you want to swap before month 24
The math is completely transparent.
If life changes and you want to swap before your two years are up, the premium is simply the true-up between what you paid and what the shorter term would have cost. There are no arbitrary fees. No penalties. Just math.
You drove a better car for a year at the best price available. The true-up is exactly the difference. It's that Simple.

Keep it or swap it — your choice, always
The longer you stay, the smaller any potential true-up becomes. At month 24, it disappears entirely. From that point forward, swapping costs nothing beyond the standard transaction fee.
Your Rank
First in. First dibs.
Every member has a number. The lower the number, the earlier you joined. That number governs your access to the fleet — simply, transparently, and without exception.
When a vehicle enters the network, it is offered to the lowest-numbered member who is eligible — meaning they have been in their current vehicle for at least six months. If they pass, it moves to the next eligible member, and so on.
When you swap, you go to the end of the line. Your number does not change, but you become ineligible for the next round of offers until you have spent six months in your new vehicle.
When that swap happens, the vehicle you just gave back becomes the next offer — and it cascades from the highest-ranked eligible member down. One swap can ripple through the entire membership.
When Provenance adds a brand-new vehicle to the fleet, the same cascade plays out. Whatever is left at the end of the queue becomes the entry point for a new member joining the club.
Earning Your Rank
Your behavior within the club shapes your position in it.

This is not arbitrary. Every incentive in the ranking system points toward the same outcome: members who treat the fleet well, pay on time, and refer great people — rise. Everyone benefits when they do.
The Living Fleet
At 50 members, something interesting happens.
At 100, it gets genuinely exciting.
At 1,000, it becomes a living marketplace.
When a new vehicle enters the Provenance network, Rank 1 gets first access. If they take it, their current vehicle becomes available — and cascades down the queue. One new vehicle joining the fleet can set off a chain of swaps that gives multiple members something fresh. The fleet is not static. It breathes.

Rank 1 declines. The vehicle moves to Rank 2. Their rank position is unaffected — passing does not penalize.

They hand back their current vehicle and take the new one. Their rank resets to the bottom of the queue.

A NEW MEMBER GETS THEIR FIRST VEHICLE
At the end of every cascade, a vehicle reaches a member who has been waiting. The queue moves. The fleet stays active.

Provenance members have access to our partner network of premium service providers — covering routine maintenance, scheduled service, and anything the vehicle requires during your subscription. We guide the process. We set the standard. You drive with confidence.
Aftermarket and Personalization
Make it yours — within reason.
We work closely with members on tasteful aftermarket enhancements — performance upgrades, aesthetic modifications, and personalization options that align with the vehicle's character and maintain its value. Not every modification qualifies. The ones that do elevate the experience for every member who drives it after you.
